Return&Refund Policy

If you encounter a problem that need to return the product to us, please read the following guidelines:

To request return & refund, please contact us and we will inform you of the address and required procedure. All item(s) are refundable within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in its original condition to be accepted.  You are required to send photos of the item(s) to us and we will determine if the condition of the item(s) is refundable. please do contact us first before returning the item(s) to confirm the address. We do not accept returns without notice.


Items that can be returned/refunded without charge must follow the criteria as below:

1.Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.

2.Items received in the incorrect size/color.




If the item(s) do not meet your expectation. You can also return within 30 days of receipt.  You have to shipping options for the return.

In order to offer fast and convenient shipping, reduce waste, and responsibly recycle or refurbish returned items, you can contact us to arrange the shipment to return and we charge a return shipping fee.  The charge is as follows:

1.If the original packaging remains intact, we charge a return fee equal to 15% of the paid value.

2.If return without the original packaging, the fee we charge is 20% of the paid value.  

Alternatively, you can arrange the shipment yourself. Please note that returns without noticing us will not be not accepted.

Please note that your total amount refunded for the returned item(s) will take into account all applied discounts. Once the item(s) arrives back at the warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Return services may be delayed due to COVID-19 safety measures.


We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

1.Items outside the 30 days guarantee time-frame.

2.Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page and those clearance items.

3.Items you have already assembled.

4.Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process-damaged  caused by the incorrect installation of a product.


You can choose to have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

For credit card refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.


For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund in time, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at
